Inspired by a client, this package of 30 Private lessons will have you maintaining what you might lose over the summer! This challenge is a way for you to stick to a goal, gain benefits and loose inches! Remember, your body likes to move and feel flexible and strong, Pilates is a non-impact way for ANYONE to restore vim and vigor back into life!

We will begin with all the basics of Pilates and progress your body into intermediate and possibly advanced!!

On day one we will take your measurements, as long as you feel OK with it, take note of aches and pains and what your realistic goal(s) are that you want to achieve. Halfway through, day 15, we will revisit that material and note changes and responses in your body. On your 30th lesson we will see that you have met your goal(s), lost inches and most definitely gained confidence!

We want you to have the highest and best experience in Pilates and with this challenge and in order for that to happen, we recommend practicing 2 or more times a week.
